You see, when you go on a strict diet of low carbohydrates or even better no carbohydrates and reduce fruit juice and whole fruit intake down significantly - you will get astounding reaction FAT LOSS.
For your mind health, cheat on your diet once per week. People cheat - all the time on their diets.... "I'll just have a small piece of pie", yeah right. Plan your cheats in - avoid the guilt altogether.
Cheat to lose more FAT. Yes, I said FAT and not weight. Why, because weight includes muscle and the goal of weight loss is FAT loss and spare muscle. So, when you limit food your body goes into fat storage mode - meaning your body senses a drastic reduction in food supply - in response your body doesn't give up it's stored energy "fat" easily.
You avoid the fat storage by cheating. Your body doesn't need to store energy when you are eating donuts on your cheat day.
